When I created this web page, I imagined an English language learning
center where people find language learning resources and other information
related to language learning. Thus, it is a cyber language
center that exists virtually, not really.
Here you can find useful information to improve your English and to
use the Internet skillfully. This home page is produced by Byungmin

Do you need an English teacher? Otherwise, even if you'd like
to enjoy the Internet, everywhere on the Internet is written in English.
Well, there exist sites for you. Does it sound great? Yes,
that is the Internet itself. Anything that you can imagine is on
the Internet. Please stop by one of them depending upon your needs
and interests. You can find great resources to improve your English
ability.

speaking backgrounds. In the list, you can ask any questions such

If you want to improve your English listeing skills, one of the best
ways is to have more opportunities to listen to authentic materials such
as news, interviews, speeches, discussions, dramas, you name it.
The Internet is a great resource that you can use for this purpose.

- AudioNet is a home for sports,
news, interviews, and local radio stations.
- ABC(American Broadcasting Company)
RadionNet is another great site for news, weather forcasting,
traffic, and local information.
- Can you image that you can listen to one-hour news coverage on the

Public Radio is the site for one-hour long RealAudio news. Scripts
are available.

Radio, if only if you are interested in up-to-date computer- or Internet-related

- US Supreme Court provides
a large amount of historic cases in RealAudio format that have been done
on US Supreme Court. The oral arguments to defend each position seems
to be a great resource for more advanced students.
- Last year, we watched a presidential race between Bill Clinton vs.
Bob Dole in the United States. If you are interested in what their
positions were and what they are going to do for American people and the
