Listen & Listen
Listen & Listen is intended to improve students' listening
skills in American English. We will practice understanding not only
everyday conversational language but also certain informational
English such as news, documentary TV programs, etc.
This listening class will be conducted mostly in English. Students
will be encouraged to exchange their ideas with each other in English.
They will be expected to participate in class activities such as
cloze exercises, role plays, comprehension questions, discussions,
pair work, etc.
Since listening contains several elements such as listening to conversations,
monologues, informational language, social language, short and long
periods of listening, etc., this course has been designed to provide
different listening material each day from Monday through Friday.
Through this variety of listening material, it is expected that
students will develop strategies to listen effectively to various

about culture, entertainment, humor, and how Americans think and
behave.
News report like 20/20, Dateline and 48 Hours are investigating
reports teaching us what's happening today in North America and
how Americans live and think. Plus sitcoms, such as Friends, will
help you understand current slang use, idioms, and the differences
in humor between Korea and North America.
So don't hesitate, because this is the most practical and comprehensive
course you'll ever take. Plus, it's a lot of fun!

TOEIC 800
The primary goal of this course is to get students familiarized
with techniques for answering questions on the TOEIC. Throughout
the course, students can also improve their general knowledge of
English.

TOEIC 900

to get the highest scores on the TOEIC. Students in this course

the actual test but also to have a special feel for the English
language for all purposes of using it in real life stations.
